Folding box and paper pouch
Compared to cardboard boxes, which are mostly handmade, folding boxes are largely manufactured by machine, as individual printed cardboard parts are punched out using one or a few tools. The production of paper bags is similar, which can also be done largely by machine, depending on the design.
This means that these folding packaging solutions are relatively inexpensive, especially for large quantities delivered flat, as they are usually manufactured entirely by machine. They also save space in storage. These packaging solutions are normally assembled and folded by the customer, but we can also do this on request.
We can implement all technically feasible requests and are happy to assist you in developing your new packaging.
Depending on the design, the minimum order quantity is approximately 1,000 pieces.
Folding box executions:
Folding boxes can also be used to create simple “cubes” as well as more complex shapes. On request, viewing windows can also be added, which are then glued in by hand for smaller print runs. You can find some examples in the photos below.
Paper pouch executions:
There are a variety of closure options available: integrated peel-off adhesive strips, slotted punches for gift ribbons, or simple tabs for sealing with a label.
A viewing window can also be integrated.
Materials:
Depending on the area of application, paper weights from 80g to 250g are used for bags. Folding boxes are made from cardboard weighing between 250g and 400g.
On request, the box can be coated with a food-safe laminate on both the inside and outside.
Printing:
We can print your folding boxes and paper bags using all technically feasible printing methods.
Inlays for folding boxes:
If desired, cardboard inserts can also be created to hold various products in place.
We look forward to working with you to develop your new folding boxes and paper bags. Please contact us.
