The advantages of this sustainable carrier bag made of PP woven or RPET are obvious. Thanks to the durable material and versatile use (e.g. as a shopping or bathing bag), you can give your customers a carrier bag that they will be happy to reuse and thus get your advertising out into the world.
The minimum order quantity for a customised product at exciting prices is 1,000 pieces.
PP woven and RPET:
We use recycled base material for our PP woven and RPET bags. The PP can usually be sorted again (recycling code 5) and the RPET can be recycled as plastic.
In combination with their durability and frequent reuse, these carrier bags are therefore extremely ecological and sustainable.
PP woven tends to be more robust and easier to clean on the inside, while bags made from RPET are somewhat more supple and softer.
Formats and design:
We have no standard formats: every bag is made to measure exactly to your specifications.
Most carrier bags are produced with a bordering tape for reinforcement. Unlike the majority of our competitors, we also sew this on at the top, which makes the carrier bags more durable. In the case of a “wrap-around” print design, we can also sew the bags on the inside so that no bordering tape is required.
Laminate:
A thin laminate is applied to the base material to protect the surface. The majority of our customers currently chose matt lamination. However, depending on taste and intended use, some customers also favour the glossy laminate.
The PP woven bags are also laminated on the inside, making them particularly easy to clean.
Printing:
All outer surfaces and the inside board (normally 3 cm high) of your individual bag can be printed with your logo, image, address etc.: individual colours can be mixed according to Pantone, but full-surface photorealistic designs can also be implemented. We can also apply hot-stamped printing with gold or silver foil.
Further customisation:
You can choose the handle colour from a wide range of options. There are also different strap widths and the option of sewing in both a short strap (for carrying in the hand) and a long strap (for carrying over the shoulder).
On request, we can also close your PP woven or RPET carrier bag with a zip or press stud, and we can even create inside or outside pockets for you.
