PP non woven bag – robust for long-lasting brand use

The carrier bag made of polypropylene PP non woven impresses with its fabric-like surface and hard-wearing material, in addition at an attractive price. It is extremely practical for everyday use and can also be folded.

We can produce your customised carrier bag from just 1’000 pieces, which is a cost-effective advertising medium thanks to its durability.

PP non woven:

The basic material is made from mostly recycled PP. Around 50 basic colours are available, which can be freely combined with each other: for example, the side surface can have the same colour as the print on the main side.

In contrast to disposable PE bags, the PP non-woven carrier bag can be recycled at the end of its life (recycling code 5).

Size:

Every PP non woven bag is made to measure according to your requirements, we do not have to adhere to restrictive standard formats.

Processing:

These PP non-woven carrier bags are usually sewn by hand and are additionally reinforced with a bordering tape, which we also sew at the top. This method is essential for voluminous contents.

Alternatively, it is also possible to weld the edges of the bags. Although these bags have a base, the sides are not technically feasible. You have the choice between a grip hole or a classic carrying handle. Welded PP non-woven carrier bags are an interesting alternative to automatically produced paper bags, particularly for inexpensive items and/or clearance sales, as these are generally reused more frequently 

Printing:

Carrier bags made of PP non woven are normally printed directly using screen printing. This can of course also be done in several colours. Metallic embossed printing is also possible on request.

Alternatively, a laminate can be printed and applied in the same way as PP woven and RPET bags.

Customisation:

In addition to colours and sizes, you can of course also choose other options such as bottom reinforcement, thermal inner part (for confectionery), Velcro or button, binding stitch etc.
